Everything is too good! Staffs are helpful, and location easy to reach by Didi. Near to Railway station—around 5minutes by car. 25minutes to Dukezong ancient city. 20minutes to Shika snow mountain.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They made the check-in process seamless and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests.
The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was especially cozy and they have many cute animals right outside the room. 🥹🥹 they provide hearty breakfast and the people were so friendly.
We look forward to returning on my next trip!

I was worried before because of the mixed reviews online, but after I came here I really loved it. The one-to-one butler service is very, very good. If I want to eat cake in the evening, they can deliver it to me. I was given an upgraded room, which is very close to nature. There is no need to chase after the golden mountain in the sun. When I wake up, there are deer, cats, black swans, sheep, and three cute big hooks. I added an extra night and stayed for two nights. It was so comfortable, a dream room.
